Circles & Guided Walks

Guided Walks

For me and I’m sure many others, there is absolutely nothing better than going for

a walk in nature. No matter what mood you are in, the land holds you and there’s always gifts to be found on the walk. Whether you are immersed in the embrace of the canopy of the trees or feeling the sea breeze on your face along the coast path, you come home feeling a sense of peace.

I have been walking on Exmoor for over 10 years and getting to know the many paths, trails and familiar trees. There’s something very special about this place.

Now more than ever it feels important to slow down, to step outside, breath in that fresh air and come back to ourselves.

I’m excited to be offering guided walks this year, these are tailor made to suit all abilities. Focusing more on rest, relaxation, stopping for photos, rather than fast hiking!

Walks take place in Lynton, Lynmouth, Brendon, Watersmeet and surrounding areas. During the walk we also stop for a quiet meditation. Ending the walk with cream tea (optional) Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Any families with children, I have  shorter walks for little legs too!

Prices
£10 per person - no cream tea
£15 includes cream tea
Children under 5 - free

Please phone to book, payment required upon booking  - 07716 223270 or email info@mother-moon.co.uk

There is something very special that happens when women gather in circle.

A moon lodge is a nurturing, safe and loving space for women to come together to relax, recharge and unwind.

In the Summer months we meet outside on the land of Exmoor.
